Buy the CNY 2027 Early Access Pass for S$99 and receive S$120 of HFA store credit, plus first look at the CNY 2027 collection before it opens to everyone else.

How it works

1. Buy the pass. Nothing ships, so there is no delivery to wait for and no shipping to pay.
2. We reserve your S$120 against the email address you check out with.
3. On 15 November 2026 the credit lands in your account and the CNY 2027 collection opens to you, ahead of the public. We will email you that morning.

Early access closes 14 November 2026. After that the pass is no longer sold.

Questions

Is the S$120 only for the CNY collection?
No. Spend it on anything at hfa.sg. Tees, bottoms, basics, the CNY 2027 pieces, whatever you like. The early access is to the CNY collection; the credit is not restricted to it.

Do I have to spend it all in one order?
No. Use it across as many orders as you like. Whatever is left simply stays on your account until you come back.

What if my order comes to more than S$120?
Your credit covers the first S$120 and you pay the difference as normal.

What if my order is less than S$120?
The balance stays on your account for next time.

When can I start spending?
15 November 2026. Nothing is available before that date.

When does it expire?
28 February 2027. Anything unspent on that date is lost, so give yourself time.

Do I get a code or a card?
Neither, and that is deliberate. Nothing can be lost in the post or go missing from an inbox. Your credit is held against your account.

Which email address does it go to?
The one you check out with. Sign in with that same address when you shop and your credit applies at checkout automatically.

What if I checked out as a guest?
You will still get your credit. Create an account or sign in using the same email address you used at checkout and it will be there waiting.

Can I buy more than one?
Yes. Each pass is a separate S$120 and they stack on the same account.

Can I give it to someone as a gift?
The credit is tied to the account that bought it, so it cannot be transferred. If you are buying for someone else, check out using their email address.

Can I use it on sale items?
Yes. Credit is applied at checkout like any other payment, so it works on full price and reduced items alike.

What does early access actually mean?
As each CNY 2027 design goes live you see it before anybody else, and we email you the moment it does. On 15 November the collection opens to pass holders ahead of the public.

Can I get a refund?
The pass is non-transferable, non-refundable and has no cash value.
