How the HFA CNY 2027 Early Access Pass works: scan, log in or sign up, register your Pass, unlock benefits, shop and enjoy

Terms and Conditions

  1. Availability. Only 500 HFA CNY 2027 Early Access Passes (“Pass”) are available, exclusively during the HFA TikTok Shop GZ sample live on 19 September 2026, while stocks last.
  2. Registration. Each physical Pass has one unique QR code and serial number. Scan the QR code, then log in to or create an HFA account. Each code can be registered once only.
  3. Your account. The Pass, store credit and CNY early-access benefit are linked to the email address used to register it. They are non-transferable.
  4. S$120 store credit. Valid registered Passes receive S$120 HFA online store credit on 15 November 2026. The credit is usable only at hfa.sg until 28 February 2027. It cannot be used at the HFA studio, TikTok Shop or other marketplaces, exchanged for cash, or carried forward after expiry.
  5. CNY early access. From 15 November 2026, log in to the same HFA account and scan the same QR code to enter the private CNY collection early. The physical card is required for this access.
  6. Final sale and cancelled orders. The Pass cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, refunded or converted to cash, except where required by law, a relevant platform policy, or a verified HFA fulfilment or delivery error. HFA may void the code if the related TikTok Shop order is cancelled, refunded, returned, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible.
  7. Purchases made with store credit. Merchandise bought at hfa.sg using the store credit follows HFA’s current Returns & Store Credit Policy. Approved returns are reissued as store credit to the same account.
  8. Lost cards, error and misuse. Lost unregistered Passes are not replaced unless HFA confirms a fulfilment or delivery error. HFA may void a Pass, freeze unused credit or recover credit issued in error where there is fraud, unauthorised use or a breach of these terms.

1. How do I register my Pass?

When your physical card arrives, scan its QR code. Log in to your HFA account, or sign up if you do not have an account. The Pass registers once only to that account email.

2. When will I receive the S$120 store credit?

HFA will release S$120 store credit to valid registered accounts on 15 November 2026. It is not available before this date.

3. How do I enter the private CNY collection early?

From 15 November 2026, log in to the same HFA account used for registration and scan the same QR code on your card.

This opens the private CNY collection for early access.

4. Where can I use the store credit?

The credit is valid at hfa.sg only until 28 February 2027.

It cannot be used at the HFA studio, TikTok Shop, another marketplace, or exchanged for cash.

5. What if I cancel my TikTok order, return the Pass, or lose the card?

The Pass is final sale. If a TikTok order is cancelled, refunded or otherwise ineligible, HFA may void the related code and not release the credit.

Lost unregistered cards are not replaced unless HFA confirms a fulfilment or delivery error. Keep your card safe, as you need it to scan into the private CNY collection.
