Operations Executive | Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm

At High Frequency Apparel (HFA), operations keep everything moving — from online orders to in-store support.
This role focuses on ensuring day-to-day operations are executed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

- Handle daily operations, including packing and preparation of customer orders

- Manage dispatch of international orders

- Liaise with courier partners to ensure smooth delivery

- Conduct stocktakes and maintain organised rack arrangements

- Support stock replenishment for the retail store

- Process walk-ins, exchanges, and returns

- Uphold team efficiency and ensure operations run smoothly within required timelines

Requirements

- Prior experience in e-commerce operations or a related field is preferred

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

- Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented

Working Hours:

- Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm or

- Monday – Friday | 1:00pm – 5:00pm

This role supports the operations team during peak periods and daily fulfilment needs.

Responsibilities

- Assist with daily operations, including packing of parcels

- Liaise with courier partners when required

- Support stocktakes and rack arrangement

- Assist with stock replenishment for the retail store

- Process walk-ins, exchanges, and returns

- Support team efficiency to ensure timelines are met

Requirements

- Able to commit to a minimum of 3 months

- Experience in e-commerce operations or similar roles is preferred

- Comfortable with physical and hands-on work
