Marketing / Content Executive

Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 6:00pm

This role supports the creation, execution, and management of content across digital platforms to strengthen brand presence and drive engagement.

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

- Create and manage content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns

- Support photo and video shoots, including basic styling, coordination, and content planning

- Assist with writing captions, product descriptions, campaign copy, and simple marketing materials

Marketing Execution & Support

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, launches, and promotions

- Support day-to-day marketing activities across online platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, website)

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand direction and timelines

E-commerce & Platform Support

- Upload and maintain product listings with accurate descriptions, visuals, and details

- Assist in website content updates and basic merchandising support

- Monitor basic content performance and engagement metrics

Research & Creative Support

- Research content trends, formats, and competitor activities

- Contribute creative ideas to improve content quality and brand consistency

General

- Support ad-hoc tasks required by the marketing and brand teams

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or e-commerce is preferred

- Comfortable with social media platforms and basic content workflows

- Good command of English; Mandarin is a plus

- Organised, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks

- Willing to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-moving environment
